Joost Kuckartz has work experience in both research and industry. He finished his PhD at the University of Melbourne where he developed a new integrated and modular approach to using internet of things for the measurement of buildings during earthquakes or storms. He has worked as researcher for universities and institutions, and worked as a consultant for a top tier engineering consultancy firm.
